Registration

All participants are kindly recommended to register via the Online Registration Form. Please read the instructions on the website carefully.
 
Each participant will receive a Registration number by email after the submission of the Online Registration Form. Please do not send any payment by bank transfer without the Registration number and participant’s name included in payment details.
 
Online registration will be closed on 15 April 2019.

All above fees include local VAT 25 %.
 
*ESPD MEMBER To qualify for the respective fee membership must be valid until the end of May 2019.
 
**Applications should be accompanied by a letter from the head of department confirming eligibility. 
 
Please make sure to pay your registration fee within the time frame for the registration type applicable at the date of your registration. If your payment is not received before the deadline the latter fee will be automatically charged. Unpaid registration will not be considered valid until it is fully paid and confirmed. 
 
ESPD membership guarantees a substantial reduction from the registration fee. For more information about becoming an ESPD member/renewing your membership, individual member categories and member benefits can be found under the respective bookmarks of the ESPD official website.


Registration Fee includes

  • Admission to scientific sessions and to exhibition 
  • Conference bag incl. materials and Final programme 
  • Admission to Welcome cocktail and coffee breaks
  • Lunch is not included in the registration fees

Accompanying Person Fee includes

  • Admission Welcome cocktail only
All participants need to re-confirm attendance of social event in the registration form.
 

INSURANCE

The registration fee does not include participant’s insurance against accidents, sickness, cancellation, theft, property damage or loss. Participants are advised to take out adequate personal insurance.
 

CONFIRMATION

After the completion of the Online Registration Form each participant will receive via email the registration overview and a notification confirming the received payment and eventually stating the amount outstanding.
 

PAYMENT

All fees must be paid in EUR (€), free of all bank charges.

Please do not send any payment by bank transfer without the Registration number and participant’s name included in payment details.
The payment by bank transfer is available until 15 April 2019. After this date, all payments can be made only by credit/debit card.

  • Online payment details

In case of rejected online credit/debit card payment, the delegate is advised to log into the Online Registration Form and try to process the registration and the payment again. If the trouble with the payment persists, the participant is advised to contact the credit/debit card issuer/bank first and check whether the online transactions with a merchant who is based in the Czech Republic are enabled on the credit/debit card. Online payments service provider: GP webpay.  

Accepted Credit / Debit Cards:                

All online payments are processed via GP webpay secure connection. GP webpay conforms to international standards and it meets the strictest safety requirements of the MasterCard SecureCode and Verified by VISA standards as defined by the MasterCard and VISA card associations. FINAL INVOICE

The final invoice will be provided to the participants only upon request, the Secretariat will not send this document automatically. Please contact us to ask for your receipt.
The final invoice will be issued based on details provided while registering (step Contact/Invoice details). Any change of such details (address, VAT number etc.) is possible only within 3 days from the date of registration and is subject to the 20 EUR fee. Later changes will not be possible.
 

CANCELLATION / REFUND POLICY

  • Cancellation of Registration

    - Until 1 March 2019 – 50 EUR administrative fees will be deducted from all refunds
    - From 2 March 2019 until 2 April 2019 –50% of the fee paid will be refunded
    - From 3 April 2019 – no refund can be processed under any circumstances
     
  • Cancellation of Other Bookable Items

    - Until 2 April 2019 – 20 EUR – administrative fees will be deducted from all refunds
    - From 3 April 2019 – no refund can be processed
All cancellations must be notified in writing (by mail, fax or email) to the Meeting Secretariat
Any post-meeting queries (e.g. requests for refunds) can be made until 17 May 2019 only. Later requests will not be considered.
For any change of name a fee of 20 EUR will be charged.
 
All registrations received by 15 April 2019 will be included in the list of participants.
 

GROUP REGISTRATIONS

Group registrations cannot be processed online under one email address identification; each participant needs to have his/her own profile set up with unique email address.
When registering more than one person under one company identity/invoice, please contact the Meeting Secretariat to determine the preferred invoicing setting.
